By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms:Types of commission:—Art will come fully shaded unless otherwise requested by commissioner.--I will only do digital art.--The file will be sent as a PNG, JPG, or PSD unless requested otherwise. I will not send any physical copies of my works.Payment:--All payment should be in USD.General guidelines:--Please include a visual of the character or a detailed description of the character. For the most accurate results, references are highly recommended.--Revisions are allowed in any phase of the process.What I can draw:
-ship art
-animals
-furries
-fictional characters
-chibi
-fantasy creatures
-cartoon portraits
-pets
-fan art (if I approve of the fandom)
-gore
-monsters.What I will NOT draw:
-human/oids
-proship
-anything sexual/suggestive
-lolicons/shotacons
-racist
-homophobic
-anything I deem uncomfortable.Usage:
--My art is for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from my art, sell prints or products, etc.--You may make prints for personal use. You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.--By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.--You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.--I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.:3
